Summary, etc. The study evaluated the delivery of differentiated in the public schools in Region<br/>XII. It utilized a descriptive-correlational study employing the one-shot survey method in the<br/>9 selected public central schools from the 9 divisions in the Department of Education Region<br/>XII namely; North Cotabato, South Cotabato, Sarrangani, Sultan Kudarat, General Santos<br/>City, Kidapawan City, Tacurong City, Koronadal City, and Cotabato City, with the teachers<br/>in the 9 public central elementary schools selected as respondents. A total of283 teachers<br/>~re Involved in the study using the stratified random sampling method.<br/>The findings revealed very high extent of delivery of differentiated instruction in<br/>terms of policy and guidelines and methodologies and strategies, while a high extent rating<br/>was given in the assessment and evaluation. The level of practice of delivery of differentiated<br/>instruction in terms of adequacy of resources and appropriateness of strategies was rated<br/>satisfactory. The level of teacher's performance in terms of instructional competence;<br/>professional and personal growth and development; and home, school and community<br/>linkages were rated satisfactory. Lastly, there is significant relationship between the delivery<br/>of differentiated instruction and the level of teachers' performance and also between the level<br/>of practice of differentiated instruction and the level of teacher's performance. The study<br/>concluded that differentiated instruction is implemented and practiced by the teachers.<br/>Further, it also revealed that teachers are competent in the delivery of differentiated<br/>instruction in their lectures.
