Research Description -- Related Literature and Studies -- Research Methodology -- Result and Discussion -- Summary of Findings, Conclusion and Recommendation.
In tradition, documents are the pieces of paper that can be in a form of the letters, customer receipts, memorandum of agreement, business plan, and research studies which when put together is called file. Over decades the term "document" changes its definition because it is somehow affected by the evolution of information technology. Even if changes happen, its objective is still to provide information to be shared, distributed, stored and acted upon. Over the time these documents double their number and occupy lot of company spaces and sometimes lead to poor management of document. File handling is very essential to every organization but sometimes it is likely left off unarranged. This case was seen in different organization and some of them face difficulties in the retrieval of information because of unorganized collection of file. Most of the organizational activities produce files but when the activity is done the document filing rules are ignore and this cause greater problem in future.
