The researcher utilized qualitative research case study method. Case study research is defined as an in-depth examination o a particular case or several cases. This method was used in order to extract firsthand and valuable information through in-depth inquiry. The researcher developed a self-structured interview guide and organized data from the information and education campaign attended to address the given problems of this study. Afterwards, the data gathered were then analyzed, discussed, interpreted. In addition, these data were consolidated from the researcher's learning in the information and education campaign.
