Summary: The study was conducted to determine the management effectiveness of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Region IV-A on academe-industry partnerships as to understanding the context, progressing through planning, allocating inputs, accepting processes, producing outputs, and impacting outcomes; find out the problems encountered in the conduct of the academe-industry partnership; identify the measures adopted to address the problems encountered with an end view of developing a strategic plan for the academic year 2018-2019.
