Summary, etc. The unprecedented onset of the COVID-19 pandemic challenged<br/>learning continuity: across the globe. The study aims to identify the<br/>levels of capability of State Universities and Colleges (SUCs) in Caraga<br/>Region, Philippines on instructional governance and adaptability on<br/>future-proof academic instruction as perceived by the 309 faculty<br/>members and to develop a future-proof academic instruction model for<br/>SUCs. The study found that the relationships between and among these<br/>variables are direct, strong, and significant thus, using multiple linear<br/>regression analysis, the null hypothesis that none of the variables of the<br/>capability of SUCs on instructional governance can predict a future-<br/>proof academic instruction is rejected. The model developed by this<br/>study illustrates that the predictors of future-proof academic<br/>instruction involve capabilities for academic instruction to withstand<br/>various challenges in the educational landscape.
