The study identified the work culture, work life balance and work engagement of the teaching personnel in Batangas State University (BatStateU). More specifically, it determined their profile, assessment of work culture, work life balance and work engagement in terms of each dimension. This further tested the significant difference on the responses of the respondents on work culture, work life balance and work engagement when grouped according ot profile; significant relationship on the work culture and the work life balance of BatStateU teachers and their work engagement' and finally, proposed a faculty development program. The researcher used descriptive method using survey questionnaire in gathering the data.
