Amidst the Covid-19 pandemic, educators play an essential role in instructing students.
The objective of this study was to assess the correlation between work
values, engagement, and satisfaction among secondary school teachers in the
municipality of Aleosan during the School Year 2022-2023. The study's results
reveal that the extent of work values, work environment, work interactions and work
activities in the midst of pandemic show that they always observe those values in their
work or in the field of teaching. Teachers are always engaged in their work in terms of
vigor, absorption and dedication. Teachers are always engaged in their work in terms of
vigor, absorption and dedication. The study also revealed that the teachers indicate
satisfaction with their work from the perspective of intrinsic and extrinsic factors, and it
shows a significant relationship between work values and the engagement of standard
school teachers. The result also found that the teacher respondents performed well and
took responsibility in compliance with their desire to be fulfilled with their work. The
pandemic did not hinder them from performing their tasks.
