The aim of this study is present cultural expression that is not limited to the historical facade one can view upon visiting a place. More so, it can be thoroughly experienced in tasting delicacies of the place and looking into the ways they were prepared. Culinary students at Enderun Colleges, gave these insights and expressions as to how they prepare the food and how it closely linked with cultural dimension.
